Rise Vocal Collective (RVC) is a vibrant and inclusive vocal group that defies age stereotypes and champions the power of music. With members aged 40 and older, RVC is on a mission to break the stigma that one can ever be "too old" to sing.
We're not just a vocal group; we're a musical family united by our shared passion for exploring all genres and decades of music. Whether you're a seasoned vocalist or someone who has always wanted to find their voice, RVC welcomes you with open arms.
Our focus is on providing a supportive and enriching experience that builds confidence and fosters a lifelong love for singing. Join us at RVC and discover the joy of music knows no age limit.
Tuesdays
Scheduled during term dates throughout the year
8:15-9:15pm
Join us and decompress from the day with a 1 hour class to explore technique through music
Weekly
Scheduled for 10 weeks within a 10 week term with the option to join fortnightly

Performance
Prepare for a chance to perform at our showcase schedule at the end of Term 2 and Term 4. This is not compulsory.

I walked into the session not really knowing what to expect other than I was feeling petrified. Over the course of two hours and with a super supportive cohort I walked out almost a new person with restored confidence in myself. I'm so glad I did it.

I really enjoyed learning the essentials and some exercises and techniques to practice. I think Tina pitched (no pun intended) the content appropriately to our age 50+ group and generated a trusting, non-confronting environment for our participation. After the session, my discussion with other attendees confirmed that Tina had given optimism to even those with zero previous experience.
I hope to be able to join the Rise Vocal Collective at some point in the future when my schedule allows.

I was very hesitant to join the workshop but after attending, I had a new found confidence on my abilities. Tina is very knowledgeable and is able to explain and provide practical exercises to allow for improvement beyond the workshop. Highly recommend.

I would certainly recommend Tina's singing workshop. I attended in April and found it was time well-spent. The blend of group-singing and vocal technique provided a valuable glimpse into the world of singing with Tina. It tempted me to join RVC, which I've found to be a friendly and encouraging group with a shared love of singing. Under Tina's guidance, RVC, a group of singing buddies, has quickly become a regular highlight of the week for me!
